The "Skills" tab allows you to capture the selected skills from the applicant while they go through the application process. The skills listed here are configured from the Performance Management page. For more information, please refer to the following article.
Expand for Navigation Steps to Skills
- Expand Settings and click Applicant Tracking from the menu.
- Click Create Job Posting from the Actions drop-down menu to create a new job posting or the title of an existing job posting.
- Click the Step 3 - Skills tab.
