FAQ for Benefit Management: Beneficiaries

When going through an Event, if the "Beneficiary Assignments" step is selected, an employee will have to assign beneficiaries to benefits that require them. Some benefits that require beneficiaries, only specific beneficiaries can be assigned.

If an employee is enrolling in a Spouse Voluntary product, the Spouse is not a valid beneficiary. Thus, when assigning beneficiaries, Spouse will not be visible to the employee as a valid beneficiary for Spouse Voluntary products.
