The Account Mapping Tab maps your Core HR to one or more Payroll Accounts. The Payroll Accounts displayed on this Tab are determined by the URL End Point and the Permissions of the Master Company User ID configured on the End Point Settings Tab.
At least one Account must be selected on this Tab in order for records to be mapped between the HRIS and the selected Payroll Provider. Additionally, one of the selected Accounts must be configured as the Master Payroll Account.
The Master Payroll Account will be utilized in the following areas:
- Utilities Screen - to determine which payroll account to pull Company Setup information from.
- Employee Demographic Screen - to auto-assign the Employee ID field.
This Tab is only visible to Enterprise Users when the Account is accessed via the Enterprise Portal.
Expand for Navigation Steps to Account Mapping
- Expand 'Settings' and click Payroll from the menu.
- Click Settings from the menu bar.
- Click Account Mapping.
