The Pay Codes screen provides the ability to manage Pay Codes that are used to categories Compensation Rate and Transaction records within the HRIS Application. Pay Codes can sometimes be referred to as Earnings Codes. Filtering by Employer is required to view Pay Codes in HRIS accounts mapped to multiple payroll companies.
Note: If the "Millennium" payroll provider is selected via the General Settings Tab, then this screen will be ready only. In this case, Pay Codes must be managed within Millennium, but can be loaded to this screen via the Utilities feature.
