In order for the HRIS field of Pay Schedule to properly sync, the Pay Schedule name in the HRIS must match the Pay Frequency code in the payroll system. This needs to be configured prior to loading employee demographics into the HRIS.
The Pay Frequency code in the payroll system is located on the employee's Rates/Reviews tab.
Using the below screenshot as an example, the Pay Schedule name in the HRIS would have to be named "BW1" in order to sync properly.
