Positions - Goals

Positions must be created and the employee assigned to a position for Position Goals to display. Only goals for the employee’s current position will be displayed.
Position goals can be added by a manager or an administrator and viewed by employees.

To create a goal:

  • Use the Actions drop-down menu and click Add Goal.
  • Click Start Date
  • Click End Date
  • Enter Description
  • Click Save Goal
