Manager Permissions allows you to grant managers permissions to view and manage aspects of a position from the employee profile.
Navigating to Position Manager Permissions
- Expand Settings, expand Performance Mgmt, and click Positions from the menu.
- Click the Positions tab.
- Click an existing position or click Add Position from the Actions drop-down menu to create a new position.
- Click the Manager Permissions tab.
Grant access to manager permissions with the checkboxes for the following permissions:
- View Position - Allows a Manager to view Goals, Skills, and Training data for this position from the Employee Portal.
- Manage Goals - Allows a Manager to edit/manage Goals for this position from the Employee Portal.
- Manage Skills Profile - Allows a Manager to edit/manage the Skills Profile for this position from the Employee Portal.
- Manage Training Profile - Allows a Manager to edit/manage the Training Profile for this position from the Employee Portal.
