Giving manager permissions to to positions will allow them to:
- View Position allows a Manager to view Goals, Skills and Training data for this position from the Employee Portal
- Manage Goals allows a Manager to edit/manage Goals for this position from the Employee Portal
- Manage Skills Profile allows a Manager to edit/manage the Skills Profile for this position from the Employee Portal
- Manage Training Profile allows a Manager to edit/manage the Training Profile for this position from the Employee Portal
- Manage Employee Notes allows a Manager to view and edit Notes for Employee's in this position
- If this is not checked, the Manager is not able to view the Notes even if the View box is checked
You can give them access by checking the box under the item you want to give them access to manage.
