Priorities Overview

Priorities, also know as Strategic Objectives, are broadly defined objectives that an organization must achieve to make its strategy succeed. In general, Priorities are often built around categories such as:

  • Market Position
  • Innovation and Development
  • Human Resources
  • Financial Resources
  • Physical Resources
  • Productivity
  • Social Responsibility
  • Profit Requirements

The Priorities Tab provides the ability to define Priorities for an organization.
