- From the Actions drop-down menu, click Create KPI.
- Provide a name and a description
- Use the drop down to select the priority to assign it to (priorities are created in the priority tab and need to be created first)
- Select the manager that will be assigned to manage it
- Select a target date
- Fill in the target value and whether the target value will be a percentage
- Assign the target value thresholds. Use the drop down to select if a higher or lower value will be the target.
