Skills - Skills Tracking

Tracking can be searched by using the Manager drop down to sort the employee list by manager.

Once configured and added to positions, skills can be used in a few different ways:

  1. Review Forms - skills can be assigned to a tab in the review form to be assessed during performance reviews.
  2. Applicant Tracking - applicants can be asked to select and rate skills during the application process. If skills have been selected and rated in the positions this will give the applicants a matching percentage value.

The skills tracking page provides a view of:

  • The employee skill value
  • The position skill value
  • The % of skills that the employee matches the position skill value
