The Search Skills tab gives the ability to search employees by skills that have been configured in their profiles, attached to their profile through the position, or updated by an administrator or manager.
Expand for Navigation Steps to Skill Search
- Expand Settings, expand Performance Mgmt, and click Skills from the menu.
- Click the Search Skills tab.
- Use the drop-down menus to select the Category, Skill, and Minimum Rating.
- Click Search and the Search Results page will open with the requested search results.
