The Employee Portal Access tab can be found in General Settings for Performance Management. General Settings for Performance Management can be found by expanding the Performance Mgmt in the menu:
The Employee Portal Access tab allows you to configure which parts of the Performance Management module are available to employees and managers from their Employee Homepage.
The permissions available are:
- My Performance Tab
- Allows employees to see their scores from reviews, as well as numerical and graphical comparisons of their scores to the average scores for their position and for the company as a whole.
- My Position Tab
- Allows employees to see the Summary and Primary Responsibilities information regarding their position.
- My Position Goals Tab
- Allows employees to see the Position Goals configured for their current position.
- My Personal Goals Tab
- Allows employees to set Personal Goals as well as see ones they have already added.
- My Reviews Tab
- Allows employees to see all reviews in the system for them. Allows employees to edit and complete current self reviews.
- Management – Personal Goals Tab
- Allows managers to see and approve the Personal Goals entered by their employees.
- Management – Reviews Tab
- Allows managers to see and complete reviews for their employees.
- Management – Positions Tab
- Allows managers to create, edit, and delete Positions.
After making any changes, click Save.
