The pre-loaded surveys listed in the Survey Library are available for loading into the Administrative Portal to use as-is or customize further.
Navigating to the Library of Surveys
- From the menu, expand Settings and click Surveys.
- Click the Library tab.

- Clicking this icon will open a new window/tab and provide a preview of the survey questions.
- Name of Survey
- Description of Survey
From the Actions drop-down menu, you can:
- Load Selected Surveys
Loading a Survey
- Use the checkbox towards the far-right of a survey you would like to load into your system.
- From the Actions drop-down menu, click Load Selected Surveys.
- When you return to the Surveys tab, you should see the survey loaded from the Library tab.
