To trigger a workflow for multiple people that is time-based, the Utilities can be used from the Workflows page.
Navigating to Workflow Management
- Expand Settings and click Workflow Management from the menu.
- Click Utilities from the top-menu bar.
- Use the calendar
icon to select the start and stop date of the utility. - Click Execute Utility.
