An employee will make entries for the Wellness Campaign/s from their employee homepage via the Wellness Module. The module becomes visible when there is an active Wellness campaign.

The employee will find and click Wellness from the menu on their Employee Homepage. 

Dashboard Tab

When an employee enters the wellness module they will see the dashboard. The dashboard will display the Campaign goal, their personal goal, and their metric data entry.

Data Entry Tab

Employees can use the filters at the top to find the wellness campaign they are searching for. They can view the progress they have entered on the graph through the dashboard tab and can enter metrics (data values) in the Data Entry tab.
