Creating a Workflow Instance for an Employee in Core HR

Administrators can initiate a workflow for an employee to complete on their employee homepage.

Navigating to Workflows for an Employee Profile
  • Search for the employee whose homepage you want to view the employee homepage.

  • Hover over 'HR Data' and click Workflows

  1. Click Create Workflow Instance from the Actions drop-down menu on the Instances tab.

  2. Select the Workflow that should be used from the drop-down menu, enter a name to include with the workflow name, and the target completion date for the Workflow Instance.

  3. Click Add Workflow when finished.
  4. Your new workflow instance will be added to the list of workflow instances.
