Administrators can initiate a workflow for an employee to complete on their employee homepage.

Navigating to Workflows for an Employee Profile
- Search for the employee whose homepage you want to view the employee homepage.
- Hover over 'HR Data' and click Workflows.

Click Create Workflow Instance from the Actions drop-down menu on the Instances tab.

Select the Workflow that should be used from the drop-down menu, enter a name to include with the workflow name, and the target completion date for the Workflow Instance.
- Workflows can be created from the Workflow Management page.
- Click Add Workflow when finished.

Your new workflow instance will be added to the list of workflow instances.
