Possible reasons why your eligibility is not working:
- Does your eligibility rule include any special characters
- Do your values match the values in the system exactly including spelling and capitalization
- Does you rule include both an And, and an Or conjunction
- If your rule is dependent upon the elections of another benefit are you field values listed as Elected
- If your rule is dependent upon the election of another benefit do your values match the Benefit, Plan and coverage level names exactly including spelling and capitalization
- If you are listing more than one value are you using one of the following Qualifiers: Is one of, Is not one of, Is one of Lookup (must have values loaded via excel in the lookup), Is not one of Lookup (must have values loaded via excel in the lookup)
