Themes Configuration for Employee Portal of Core HR

The 'Theme' tab allows you to choose from a variety of themes for your Core HR Employee Portal.

Navigating to Employee Portal Configuration
  • Expand Setup and click Setup Properties from the menu.

  • Hover over 'Employee Portal Setup' and click Employee Portal.

  • Click the Themes tab.

Site Theme

Select the theme with the provided drop-down menu. To preview a theme, select an option from the dropdown, click 'Save', and then 'Preview'. The selected theme will open in another tab for you to preview.

When "Accessibility" is enabled for an employee and you are using the "New Dashboard" theme for the employee portal, the employee will see the original "Dashboard" instead.

Employee Portal Pictures

A picture can be added to your 'Employee Portal' with the provided section. This image will replace the default image that is shown for the chosen theme.

  • Uploading an Employee Portal Picture is only available with certain themes due to the theme layouts. Refer to the table towards the right of the page for which themes allow a portal picture, and the allowed dimensions for each theme.
  • Only .jpg, .png, .gif, and .bmp files are allowed, and only 1 image can be uploaded.
