You can see that systems displays a lot of useful information, like the rating any recruiter has assigned (discussed in further ahead), Application date, Process Step, current Status, Decline reason (only visible internally), Applicant’s source (the job search engine they found your job posting in) Skill Match to the job post, if they uploaded a resume and the quiz results if the job posts included any questions that had a score attached.
