To use the ExakTime Connect system, we have minimum requirements for the system and some recommended requirements for the ideal experience. We understand that every company is equipped differently, but we cannot test and consider every scenario.

ExakTime Connect Website
The ExakTime Connect website can be accessed from any computer as long as you have your ExakTime Connect URL and login information at the very least.
Recommended Internet Speed
For the ideal ExakTime Connect experience, we recommend 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds with low ping/latency and no packet loss.
Recommended Monitor Resolution
We recommend a monitor with a horizontal resolution greater than 1725 to view pages such as the Time Card Details without needing to change columns or column width.
If your monitor has a smaller resolution than recommended, you can use the "zoom" function of your web browser to show more information by zooming out. The following article can help with this: FAQ: Internet Browser Zoom And You
If trying to access ExakTime Connect from a smartphone or tablet, you may not encounter the ideal experience as the web browser may not be able to zoom out properly and may not be able to display all information readily.

While ExakTime Connect can run on a variety of web browsers, it can be best to use a popular and up-to-date web browser such as:

AccountLinx/SyncLinx

AccountLinx & SyncLinx are currently compatible with the following operating systems that support the installation of .NET Framework 4.8.1:
- Windows 11 (64-bit or 32-bit)
- Windows 10 (64-bit or 32-bit)
- Windows 2022 Server or newer (64-bit or 32-bit)
Notable Exclusions
- Windows operating systems that are designed for ARM CPUs such as Windows 8 RT.
- Windows Vista and earlier are not supported.
- Macintosh users will need to install a compatible version of Windows using Boot Camp, Parallels, VMWare Fusion, or some other virtualization software.
- Arcoro will not support or assist with setting up virtualization software, even if it is for the sole purpose of installing/running AccountLinx.
Processor
- Required - 1.8 GHz Core 2 Duo or faster.
- Recommended - 3 GHz or faster.
Memory
- 4 GB (gigabyte) or more is recommended.
Storage
- 16 GB or more for 32-bit OS
- 20 GB or more for 64-bit OS
Third-Party Applications
As AccountLinx and SyncLinx can connect directly with certain support accounting/job-costing applications, there may be some additional requirements to allow them to communicate with each other properly.
This can vary with each system such as requiring AccountLinx and your accounting/job-costing application to be on the same computer, an ODBC connection to be created, SQL credentials, etc. It is expected to have information prepared to ensure a quick and easy setup.
If using a hosting service such as Right Networks, it would require the installation and setup of our software by their support staff as we would have limited permission/access to their hosting service.
Third-Party Hosting
There are several hosting services that host payroll/accounting applications so they can be accessed from any computer. In these situations, AccountLinx and SyncLinx can be compatible if the hosting service allows the installation and configuration of our applications. We however cannot guarantee that AccountLinx and SyncLinx will work on hosting services due to anything unforeseen.
ExakTime Mobile
To ensure compatibility and security, we currently support Android and iOS devices, and their recent OS versions as listed below. You can also learn more about specific requirements for ExakTime Mobile compatibility on Android and iOS.
Current Supported OS & ExakTime Mobile Version
As of October 2024, the latest version of:
- iOS is version 18.
- Android is version 15.
As of March 2025, the latest version of ExakTime Mobile is 2.99 and supports the following OS versions:
- iOS versions 17 and 18.
- Android versions 13, 14, and 15.
Unsupported Devices
We do not currently support Windows Phone or BlackBerry devices (using Blackberry OS) with the ExakTime Mobile application.
Android Devices
Operating System
- ExakTime Mobile is supported on the latest Android version and up to two previous versions.
- Beta/unofficial versions of Android are not supported.
- Access to Google Play Store
- While uncommon, some Android devices will not have the Play Store (in addition to other Google apps like Maps, Gmail, etc.) loaded as the device manufacturer did not meet Google's criteria or other restrictions (such as government restrictions).
Connections
- Cellular or WiFi connection
- If relying on WiFi exclusively, expect a delay in information from the mobile device if it cannot maintain a consistent WiFi connection.
- GPS for tracking the location of the device
- Cellular data plan and GPS required for GeoTrakker
- Cellular data may not be available on some Android tablets.
- Bluetooth for JobClock Reader functionality
Cameras
- Front-facing camera for FaceFront functionality
- Rear camera for taking photos for field notes.
ExakTime Mobile on Kindle Fire Tablets
As of June 1st, 2019, ExakTime Mobile is no longer available on the Amazon App Store and will not receive any further updates. As a result, ExakTime Mobile on Kindle Fire devices will no longer be supported. If you already have ExakTime Mobile on an Amazon Kindle Fire, it may continue to work, but it will not receive any further updates/bug fixes.
iOS Devices

- ExakTime Supported is supported with the latest iOS version and up to two previous versions.

Extra
- The Calendar setting must be set to Gregorian
- To make sure that your calendar is set to Gregorian, open Settings > Select General > Select Language & Region > Make sure that the Calendar is set to Gregorian.
Minimum Required Version for ExakTime Mobile Features
It is ideal for all employees to use the latest version to mitigate any irregularities and confusion, but if it is not possible, the minimum required version of ExakTime Mobile for newer features.

SyncCenter
SyncCenter is used to sync collections made by a FastTrakker Pro and send them to ExakTime Connect.
The installation and use of SyncCenter require:
- Windows 11 (64-bit or 32-bit)
- Windows 10 (64-bit or 32-bit)
- Windows 8 (64-bit or 32-bit)
- Windows 2012 Server or 2012 Server R2 or newer (64-bit or 32-bit)
- Windows 7 (64-bit or 32-bit)
