The "Audit" section of Reports provides a number of various reports to help you review changes to an employees timecard or timesheet.
- The "Time Modifications by Affected Employee" and "Time Modifications by Editor" reports allow you to review timecard changes, such as new time records being added, editing time records, or deleting a time record.
- The "Time Modifications - Timesheets" allows you to review timesheet changes, such as new hours being logged or deleted.
Any of the reports allows you to review timecard or timesheet changes on ExakTime Connect or ExakTime Mobile. The audit reports will reflect the date and local time of the user who performed the edits.
The "Meal Break Exception Report" and "Time Record Variance Report" are alternate Audit reports to help track Manual Meal Breaks and variance between the punch time and the network time.

Time Modifications by Editor
This report is intended to group up time card adjustments by the editor. The report will show the date of the edit, what type of adjustment was done, who was affected, and the information on the record that was changed. If information was added or edited, the new information will be in bold.
The "Time Modifications by Editor" report does not list employees tracking their time with Timesheets.
When using the employee filter, the employee that will be filtered is the editor, not the employee.
Report Specific Options
- Show Employee/Location/Cost Code ID
- Sort by Name/ID Number
- Separate Names and IDs with new line, double space, hyphen, or colon.
- Group by Category
- Show each Employee on a separate page
- Display Comment Changes

This report will list all time adjustments made to an employee's timesheet grouped by the employee affected. The report will show the date of the edit, who was the editor, what type of adjustment was done, and the information of the record that was changed. If information was added or edited, the new information will be in bold.
Any rate codes in the report are only available for accounts using Arcoro Payroll.
When using the employee filter, the employee that will be filtered is the affected employee, not the editor.
