Bookmarking ExakTime Connect makes it easier to get to ExakTime Connect in the future, but depending on what page you bookmark, you may have some trouble.
- A common mistake is bookmarking the login page. This should not be done as the URL for the login page dynamically changes for security purposes. If you try to use a bookmark of the login page, it will bring you to a page saying "Sorry, this page can't be accessed directly."
- You need to go to your ExakTime Connect with the correct URL (which appears similar to yourcompanyname.exaktime.com ) and log in as usual. Once you have logged in to ExakTime Connect, then you can bookmark the page. As long as the URL appears similar to yourcompanyname.exaktime.com, your bookmark will work as expected.
