Using Stop Override to Force a Clock Out on ExakTime Mobile

ExakTime Mobile is designed to help prevent employees from clocking out when they have not yet clocked in, accidentally or intentionally. This is accomplished by ExakTime Mobile referring to itself or the employee's timecard. If ExakTime Mobile sees that the employee has clocked in recently on the device or from the employee's timecard, it will make the STOP button pressable. If ExakTime Mobile does not see that the employee has clocked in on the device or based on their timecard, the STOP button will be unpressable.

In rare circumstances where an employee has clocked in on one device and is trying to clock out on another device which does not detect the employee as already being clocked in, such as due to lack of internet, employees can press the "Stop Override" button to force a clock out. This button will always be available for employees to use in case of these situations to help ensure time punches are created as accurately as possible.

Employees would press Stop Override towards the bottom-left of the "Time Clock" menu and click Clock out to force a clock out on the confirmation menu.
