How to Fix a Database Connection Error In AccountLinx or SyncLinx

If you receive the following error when opening either AccountLinx or SyncLinx, it means that the application is unable to connect to your ExakTime Connect account due to the lack of valid ExakTime Connect account credentials:

There was an unexpected problem trying to connect to your database. 
Please restart the application and try again.
If the problem continues please check with your network administrator.



This issue can be easily addressed by opening your ExakTime Utilities and entering the credentials provided by us.
