If you receive the following error when opening either AccountLinx or SyncLinx, it indicates the application is unable to connect to your ExakTime Connect account due to the lack of valid credentials:
There was an unexpected problem trying to connect to your database.
\r\n\r\nServer:\t\t(Local)\EXAKTIME\r\nDatabase:\tdottime\r\n\r\
Please restart the application and try again.
If the problem continues please check with your network administrator.
Resolution
