Arcoro Time offers a variety of permissions that can limit users' abilities (No Access, Access All, View, Edit, etc.) for the Arcoro Time website. We offer a set of default security roles to get you started for your employees, supervisors, and administrators. You can also create your own security roles for everything in between, such as, but not limited to:
- Employees to review and approve their time.
- Project managers and dispatchers create and manage locations for employees to select.
- Accountants/billing to generate reports of employee hours.
- Dispatch sends alerts to employees about potential job site issues.
- HR reminds employees of upcoming events with notifications.
Almost all roles, default and custom, can be modified to fit your specific needs. The "Administrator" role is the only role that cannot be modified, so they have access to all aspects of Arcoro Time.
For more information on the Arcoro Time Security Roles page and its function, you can refer to our dedicated article here.
