To access Core HR, a user will need a computer with Internet access. We support the following browsers for optimum performance:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
The Core HR application will negotiate the highest level of encryption available from the browser. It is highly recommended that users download and install their browser’s latest version and security patches as they become available. Normally, web browsers will automatically update themselves, so keep an eye out for any alerts for updates in your web browser or your operating system if the web browser is bundled into the operating system.
Users accessing Core HR must also allow Cookies through their browser settings. Core HR makes use of temporary or session Cookies to maintain the identity of the logged-in user. These cookies are stored for the current browsing session and are deleted from the computer when the web browser is closed.
If trying to access Core HR from a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, you may not encounter the ideal experience as the web browser on a mobile device may not be able to zoom out properly and may not be able to display all information readily. We recommend using a laptop/desktop as it has the appropriate monitor size and resolution.
