Full files will contain all employees every time a file executes. Change files will contain only those records that are in the respective Change Log. For example, if the export is created using the Benefit Data Type it will look to the Benefit Change Log to insert those records that changed.
Navigating to Details/Properties Tab for a Data Export
- Expand Data, expand Exports, and click Manage from the menu.
- Click the name of an existing data export or go to the Actions drop-down menu and click Create Export.
