An ExakTime Mobile PIN allows an employee to log in to ExakTime Mobile to track their time and more. If an employee forgets their PIN, an ExakTime Connect administrator can send an SMS text message with the PIN.
- Go to Manage and click Employees.
- Click the pencil icon next to the employee to view their employee details.
- Confirm the employee has an ExakTime Mobile security role and a PIN.
- Make sure that the employee has a valid mobile phone number entered under the 'Contact Information' section.
- Click Send PIN via SMS next to the PIN field.
- The employee should receive an SMS message like below.
