Quick Excel Exports are a variety of 1-Click reporting options, giving administrators quick access to the information they need.
The Quick Excel Exports drop-down allows you to generate the following reports by clicking the name of the report:

Export Employees
This export pulls all employee demographic information, regardless of their current employee status. Possible use cases for this export are as follows:
Pulling demographic data to update a large number of employees.
- This export is in the same format in which a user will need to import employee demographic information. This export can be pulled, data can be updated, and the same file can be imported back into the system.
Running demographics on departments, user-defined fields, facilities, etc.
- A user can pull this export and use Excel's filter functionality to create a count of employees that are in certain departments or facilities, or any other way employees are organized in the system.

This export is useful if the user wishes to see a list of all dependents against all employees in one report.

Export Deductions
This report will export employees regardless of their current employee status, meaning that terminated employees will appear on the spreadsheet.
Each employee is given one record, or row, in the spreadsheet per benefit plan deduction. The report will also contain historical data, and not just the most current election from the employee. The user can use the filter function in Excel to filter by benefit package if they wish to see only the most current deductions.
This export contains benefit deductions as seen on the employee's Employee > Benefits > Benefits page.
