The Support Widget is available on our Support Central page for current Arcoro users who are logged in to any of our Arcoro modules. If you are not logged in to an Arcoro module, the support widget will be hidden and will not be available. This ensures any support requested and received is associated with your profile for tracking purposes.
The support widget lets you converse with our support bot that has been trained on all of the resources on Support Central, allowing it to answer common questions and problems. If the provided resources are not relevant or you need further help, the support widget can create a ticket for the Arcoro Support team to address as soon as they are able.
If you do not have access to an Arcoro module, please contact your administrator about your question/issue so they can assist you and/or submit a case on your behalf.

Using Support Widget
Click the Support button to bring up our support bot. Ask a question in the "Ask a Question" field for our interactive prompt to provide steps/answers to help you. You may also be asked to clarify which Arcoro module if your question overlaps between modules.
You will be presented with relevant steps or answers to your question, along with the resources referenced. If you still need help, click No, I need more help to create a support ticket.
- If you try to contact us while our office is closed, your question(s) will be submitted to our support team to further assist you via email during open office hours.
You should receive a confirmation message that a support ticket has been created. An email will be sent to you with your ticket number and will be the primary method for a support team member to reach out.
