Our Procore integration is achieved with SyncLinx and AccountLinx, two applications that work together with ExakTime to help streamline the payroll and job-costing process. SyncLinx pulls key data out of Procore, such as employees, projects, and cost codes for use in ExakTime. This data is used by ExakTime to help you and your employees to create their time records and time cards. AccountLinx exports your employee's time records into Procore to help complete your payroll, review job costing, and other items that rely on your employee's time cards.
Some benefits of using SyncLinx and AccountLinx with Procore are:

- Increased accuracy by limiting the opportunity for errors when entering data.
- Reduced chance of errors for employees tracking their time throughout their work day.
How it Works
SyncLinx
SyncLinx will import the following Procore entities for use in your ExakTime system.
- Procore Workers are imported as ExakTime Employees so your employees can begin tracking their time.
- Procore Projects and Sub-Jobs can be imported as ExakTime Locations for your employees to track who or where they are working.
- Procore Cost Codes at the company level will be imported as ExakTime Cost Codes for your employees to track their activities throughout their workday.
ExakTime
ExakTime Connect is where you will manage the imported data through SyncLinx while ExakTime Mobile will allow your employees to punch in and out throughout the day with the imported data to create the time records for their time cards. The time records created by your employees can then be managed in ExakTime Connect.
AccountLinx
AccountLinx allows you to export the time records generated by your employees in ExakTime into your Procore's Project and Company Timesheets when you are ready. This offers you and your company the opportunity to perform any required adjustments/modifications
Prerequisites for Integration with Procore
The following items/actions must be completed before we can integrate with Procore:
- Your ExakTime Connect account with an active subscription.
- SyncLinx and AccountLinx have been installed and connected with your ExakTime Connect account.
- Completed Procore Implementation to the extent that SyncLinx and AccountLinx can be successfully integrated.
- Depending on how your Procore company has been set up, you may need to enable additional options to ensure seamless integration such as but not limited to:
- Projects have been set to track employees.
- Employees have been activated.
- The Timecard tool has been enabled.
- App Management allows user installs.
