The "Directory" is an HR menu in the Arcoro app that offers a searchable company directory that lets employees look up coworkers across the organization. Particularly valuable for distributed and field workforces where employees regularly need to identify the right person to contact on a job site or project.
Requirements
- Access to the Company Directory requires the user to have "Company Directory" permissions enabled
Using the Directory
- The search bar is an active, real-time search across all fields, including name, employee ID, and department
- Each employee record in the directory displays:
- Name
- Department
- Employee ID
- Work Address
- Work Phone - Tap the phone number to open your phone's dialer app.
- Work Email - Tap the email address to open your phone's email app.
