When an applicant wants to apply to an open position, they will click the title of the job opening on the recruiting portal.
Job Posting
- Review the contents of the job posting.
- Click Apply for this Job.
Personal Info
Profile
Fill in the following information on the "Profile" tab:
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name
- Position of Interest
Contact Info
Fill in the following information from the "Contact Info" tab:
- Home Email
- Street
- City
- State
- Zip/Postal Code
Login
On the Login tab, fill in the following information from the "Login" tab:
- Enter a Username
- Click Check availability and see if "This user ID is available, take it!"
- Enter and confirm a Password
- Click Save & Continue.
Additional Info
- Fill in the required information.
- Click Save & Continue.
Skills
- Select any appropriate skills and select the rating from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save & Continue.
Education
To add Education:
- Click Add New from the Actions drop-down menu.
- Enter your Education information.
- Click Save.
Work History
To add Work History:
- Click Add New from the Actions drop-down menu.
- Enter your Education information.
- Click Save.
Resume
To add a Resume:
- Click Add a Document from the Actions drop-down menu.
- Click Browse and upload your resume.
- Click Upload Document.
Submit
Follow any given instructions and click Submit Application.
