Usage: Sync.exe Username Password Database [FullSync]
Username: The Millennium user that the service will run under.
Password: The Millennium user's password that the process will run under.
Database: The DSN to the Millennium database.
FullSync: (Optional) Set to True to do a full sync.
Run Example: "C:\Program Files\Payroll Company, LLC\Infinity HR to M3 Interface - Admin\Sync.exe" username password DSN
