The Log contains program messages displayed during setup and importing. Messages with a green symbol are status updates and commands; messages with a red symbol are error messages. To view the log file:
- In the File menu > click Open Log.
- Result: the messages are listed.
- Highlight a message to view its details in the text box below.
- Click Save Log to File and Open to save the log file to the workstation.
- Click Send Debug Log by Email to send the log file with the report.
- Click Pack Debug Log and Open Folder to pack (archive) the log file before opening.
