The "Benefit Video" tab allows you to add benefit videos, such as custom videos created by your organization or official videos provided by a carrier. These videos are typically short descriptions of the benefits they are choosing, how the benefit works, how the benefit is paid out, etc.
Navigating to Configure Enrollment Screens
- Expand Settings and click Benefit Management from the menu.
- Click the name of the new benefit package.
- Click the Configure Enrollment Screens tab.
- Click the Benefit Video tab.
- Name - The name of the video.
- Description - A short description of the benefit video.
- Video to Upload - Browse your computer for the .MP4 video to upload.
- Preview Image to Upload - Browse your computer for the preview image for the employee to click on to open the video player and view the benefit video.
If no video should be provided for this benefit, select "No Video Selected".
