- Expand Settings, expand Performance Mgmt, and click Positions from the menu.

Q: Are positions the same thing as job titles? Why add both?
- A: The title under the Employee Demographics is only a title. The performance management Position has all aspects of the position and includes the ability to track movement in the company from position to position with notes and salary information.
Q: Can I import the information?
- A: Yes, go to your exports, filter to positions to find the export template design.
