Granting Permissions to Custom Alerts and Notifications for ExakTime

For more information about the availability of this feature, contact your Account Manager.

Administrators will have permission to Custom Alerts and Notifications by default, while other roles can have varying permission to Custom Alerts and Notifications. These permissions can range from full access, view-only permission, or permission to create and send custom alerts and notifications from ExakTime Connect.

For Alert/Notifications Recipients

Your recipients do not need additional security role permissions for ExakTime Connect or ExakTime Mobile to receive alerts/notifications. They will need to fulfill certain criteria such as, but not limited to, mobile phone/email on their employee profile and/or ExakTime Mobile to have 'Notifications' permission.

The requirements for recipients are detailed in the introductory article.
