Arcoro is excited to announce the March 2023 release for our customers and partners. This release provides an enhancement to the Arcoro Core HR California Pay Data Report. This document will describe the software update and provide details to help you get started with these new enhancements.

Core HR Report - California Pay Data Report

Beginning in May 2023, this report will now require the fields: Median Hourly Rate and Mean Hourly Rate. These two fields have been added to the California Pay Data report in Core HR. You can find this report by navigating to Reports > Employee > Compliance.

California employers of 100 or more employees and/or 100 or more workers hired through labor contractors must report pay and hours-worked data by the establishment, job category, sex, race, and ethnicity to the Civil Rights Department (CRD) annually. This reporting is required under Government Code section 12999, as amended by Senate Bill 1162.
