4/2024 - Core HR Release Notes - CA Pay Data Report

Arcoro is excited to announce the April release for our customers and partners. This release provides an enhancement to the Arcoro Core HR California Pay Data report. This article will describe the update and provide details of these changes.

Enhancements

Core HR Report - California Pay Data Report

Beginning in May 2024, this report will now require three new data points for each group of employees by establishment, job category, race/ethnicity, sex, and pay band:

  • The number of employees in the group that work on-site.
  • The number of employees in the group that work remotely from California.
  • The number of employees in the group that work remotely outside of California.

These three fields have been added to the California Pay Data report in Core HR. You can find this report by navigating to Reports > Employee > Compliance.

The new column headings will show as follows:

Number of employees that do not work remotely* Number of remote employees located within California* Number of remote employees located outside of California*

Please note that currently, there is no specific field that tracks ‘remote’ employees within Core HR. If you are not tracking this data point in a user defined field at this time, you can manually enter the three new data points on the report.
