Library Forms are a type of form that can be completed by your employees as needed. These will differ from your Clock In and Clock Out forms as they will not be presented to your employees automatically, but must be manually selected. Responses for Library forms cannot be modified at this time.
These can help in situations such as, but not limited to:
- Completing a Daily Inspection
- Submitting an Incident Report
- A checklist that a supervisor needs to complete.
As Library Forms are not tied to a punch when clocking in and out, responses to a Library Form will be sent to ExakTime Connect for review when syncing or when sending punches after clocking in or out, whichever happens first.
The responses from a Library Form can be reviewed like other forms from pages such as the Response Viewer or reports.
How Library Forms are Completed
- Press the three lines in the top left to open the menu and press Forms.
- Select a Form and complete it as required.
