If you have been using your ZK Time Clock for an extended period, you may receive a message like below when your employees are trying to clock in:
Failed to Verify.
Error! Reach ATT data max capacity.
The error indicates that the data storage has reached its limit and cannot accept more attendance data. This can be resolved by deleting the attendance data that has been stored on the time clock.
Deleting Attendance Data
- Sign in to your ZK Time Clock as an Admin to access the menu, highlight Data Mgt, and press M on the keypad.
- If you are unsure how to sign in as an Admin, refer to the following article for the steps.
- Highlight Delete Data and press M on the keypad.
- Highlight Attendance Data and press M on the keypad.
- Highlight Delete All to delete all attendance data or Delete by Time Range to delete data from a specified time range and press M on the keypad.
- If you are deleting attendance data by time range, you will see a date and time selector.
- Use the arrows on the keypad to specify the start date for the time range and press M to confirm the start time.
- You will see another date and time selector to enter the end date. Use the arrows on the keypad to specify the end date for the time range and press M to confirm.
- Press M to confirm the deletion of your attendance data.
