"Success Center" is a menu for Administrators that provides additional information about your ExakTime,  Core HR, ATS, LMS, and Performance, with Onboarding coming soon. Success Center can direct you to supplemental resources, help you talk to your primary Arcoro contact(s) such as your account manager, inform you of recent/upcoming events, and more.

The "Success Center" menu can be launched by Administrators in ExakTime and Core HR by clicking
the icon towards the bottom-right of the webpage. Non-Administrators cannot access the "Success Center".

Success Center Menu

1. These buttons will take you to:
   • Support Central - Our primary webpage for articles to learn more about all of the Arcoro modules with how-to information, basic troubleshooting steps, and more.
   • Training Central - Our primary webpage to sign up and view upcoming and past webinars of Arcoro's software, such as Core HR, ExakTime, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and others.
   • Submit a Support Request - Submit a support request to our team to assist you via email.
2. Resources - Hyperlinks to webpages or files relevant to you such as training videos.
3. Your Arcoro Team - View and connect with your primary Arcoro contacts to help you with billing or product-related questions. The contacts listed will vary but always be appropriate to your account.
4. Training - View upcoming events and in-app training materials to help you use your Arcoro module.
5. News & Announcements - View product announcements, newsletters, upcoming promotions, etc.
6. Surveys - Help us know how we are doing to improve the Arcoro experience and more.
