The following Core HR global reports are pre-designed global reports created for you by Arcoro to get you started using Advanced Analytics. Global reports cannot be modified but can be copied and serve as the base of a custom report.

In addition to these global reports, we also offer several Dashboards to help you view your data at a glance.

Use the following search box to search and filter the table below. When searching with multiple words, it will search for the exact combination of words (e.g. Searching for "Every Employee" will not filter results using "Every" and/or "Employee", but will only show results with "Every Employee" exactly.

Report	Report Description
Election Beneficiaries	Beneficiaries and amounts for each election.
Direct Deposit	Direct deposit details. Can include history.
Compensation - Current	Current compensation for active employees.
Compensation - History	Current and historical compensation records for all employees.
Position History	Current and historical position records for all employees.
Current and Previous Plan Year Compare	Select plan years to compare election information. Includescounts and details.
User Login - Last login for each user	Last login date for active employees.
User Login - Not logged in yet	List of active employees who have never logged in.
Employee Managers	Manager, Performance Manager, and Time-Off Manager for eachemployee.
Employee and Dependent Elections	All employee and dependent elections.
Benefit Cost	Employee and Employer costs for each benefit.
Employee Filing Detail	Employee W4 report.
Employee Tenure	All active employees and their tenure.
Birthdays and Anniversaries Next Month	List of active employees with either a birthday or work anniversary in the next month.
Recent Employee Terms	List of employees terminated in a given time frame.

Employee Certificates Expiring in 30, 60, 90 Days	All certificates expiring in the next 30, 60, and 90 days. Employee Export to Import	Report includes all fields needed to re-import the employee data into the LMS. Formatted to match system import requirements. If you need to update employee information within LMS you can run this report for all or part of your employee population, export the report as an Excel file, make the necessary changes and then import those changes back into LMS through the LMS Import feature.
