There may be instances where an assigned evaluation disappears or an evaluation form remains incomplete, preventing further progress in the employee performance queue. We recommend checking the following to see if you can find them.
Verify if the Evaluation is Active
Navigating to Schedule Evaluations
- Go to Performance Admin in the menu bar and click Schedule Evaluations from your Performance module.
- Locate the relevant evaluation.
- If the evaluation is not visible, click Include Inactive.
- Click the
icon of the evaluation.
- Mark the evaluation as active and save your changes.
Check the Evaluation Due Date or "Must Complete By Days"
Navigating to Evaluation Administration
- Go to Performance Admin in the menu bar and click Evaluation Administration from your Performance module.
- Search for the employee and their evaluation assignment.
- Review the date assigned and the number of days to complete.
- If the assignment has expired, go to Performance Admin in the menu bar and click Schedule Evaluations.
- Click the
icon of the evaluation.
- In the Must Complete By Days field, increase the number of days to reopen the evaluation and save your changes.
The Must Complete By Days field applies to both the employee and manager. For example, if 20 days are entered into this field, the countdown does not reset when the evaluation moves from the employee to the manager. Both must complete their respective parts within the set time frame.
