With AccountLinx, you can export your employees' time data from ExakTime Connect into a compatible file for Paycor Perform. As Paycor may be customized to fit your company's needs, the default AccountLinx export for Paycor may not match your Paycor setup exactly. Please read through this article before setting up AccountLinx to understand what is needed.

We will try to help you as much as we can, but there are aspects of Paycor that are out of our area of expertise and your questions may be better answered by Paycor support or your trusted contact to answer/assist.
Selecting Paycor as your Exporter
- Go to Tools and click Exporter Settings....
- The Exporter Settings window should open. Click Select Exporter....
- A window with a list of available exporters should open. Select "Paycor Perform" and click OK.
AccountLinx Settings Unique to Paycor
The Paycor export for AccountLinx offers a variety of settings when exporting your time data to help tailor the time data to your company's needs. These settings are unique to AccountLinx and will not affect ExakTime Connect or Mobile. If any of the settings offered do not sound familiar, you may not be using the setting in Paycor and can leave it as <None>.
- Go to Tools and click Exporter Settings....
- The Exporter Settings window should open. Click Configure... to open the 'Settings' window.
- Version
- Paycor Version - The selected Paycor version will determine the additional fields you can enable.
- Required Settings
- Company Code - Enter the company code code as used in Paycor.
- Overtime 2 Code - Enter the overtime 2 (doubletime) code as used in Paycor.
- Optional Settings
- Department Code to - Specify the entity the department code should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- Other Hours Code - Specify the entity the other hours code should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- Optional Settings for 2020 or above
- Labor Codes Category 1 - Specify the entity the labor code category 1 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- Labor Codes 1 - Specify the entity the labor code 1 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- Labor Codes Category 2 - Specify the entity the labor code category 2 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- Labor Codes 2 - Specify the entity the labor code 2 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- Labor Codes Category 3 - Specify the entity the labor code category 3 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- Labor Codes 3 - Specify the entity the labor code 3 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- Version
- Click OK on the Configuration window and click OK on the Exporter Settings window to return to the main page of AccountLinx.
Data Mapping
Mapping allows you to data map your ExakTime entities and complete additional fields so your AccountLinx time data export matches the corresponding Paycor entities. Your data mappings will be saved once done allowing you to focus on data mapping any new entities added to ExakTime since the last export. Exporting Time
After mapping your entities, you can export your time data into a compatible file to import into Paycor. Refer to the following article if you are unfamiliar with exporting time data from AccountLinx.
