With AccountLinx, you can export your employees' time data from ExakTime Connect into a compatible file for ReadyPay Today. As ReadyPay may be customized to fit your company's needs, the default AccountLinx export for ReadyPay may not match your ReadyPay setup exactly. Please read through this article before setting up AccountLinx to understand what is needed.

We will try to help you as much as we can, but there are aspects of ReadyPay that are out of our area of expertise and your questions may be better answered by ReadyPay support or your trusted contact to answer/assist.
Selecting ReadyPay as your Exporter
- Go to Tools and click Exporter Settings....
- The Exporter Settings window should open. Click Select Exporter....
- A window with a list of available exporters should open. Select "ReadyPay Today" and click OK.
AccountLinx Settings Unique to ReadyPay
The ReadyPay export for AccountLinx offers a variety of settings when exporting your time data to help tailor the time data to your company's needs. These settings are unique to AccountLinx and will not affect ExakTime Connect or Mobile. If any of the settings offered do not sound familiar, you may not be using the setting in ReadyPay and can leave it as <None>.
- Go to Tools and click Exporter Settings....
- The Exporter Settings window should open. Click Configure... to open the 'Settings' window.
- Required Settings
- Regular Pay Code - Enter the regular pay code as used in ReadyPay.
- Overtime 1 Pay Code - Enter the overtime 1 pay code as used in ReadyPay.
- Overtime 2 Pay Code - Enter the overtime 2 (doubletime) pay code as used in ReadyPay.
- Use Alternative Pay Codes
- Map Alternative Pay Codes to - Specify if alternate pay codes should be associated with specific employees, locations, or cost codes. This allows particular employees, locations, or cost codes to have an alternate set of pay codes when exported. The related mapping screen will show fields to enter the pay codes that should be associated with exported time records. If an entity does not have alternate pay codes, it will use the default hours pay codes instead.
- Other
- Map Job Code to - Specify the entity the job code should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- CC1 - Specify the entity the CC1 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- CC2 - Specify the entity the CC2 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- CC3 - Specify the entity the CC3 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- CC4 - Specify the entity the CC4 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- CC5 - Specify the entity the CC5 should be associated with. The related mapping screen will have additional fields for you to complete.
- Required Settings
- Click OK on the Configuration window and click OK on the Exporter Settings window to return to the main page of AccountLinx.
Data Mapping
Mapping allows you to data map your ExakTime entities and complete additional fields so your AccountLinx time data export matches the corresponding ReadyPay entities. Your data mappings will be saved once done allowing you to focus on data mapping any new entities added to ExakTime since the last export. Exporting Time
After mapping your entities, you can export your time data into a compatible file to import into ReadyPay. Refer to the following article if you are unfamiliar with exporting time data from AccountLinx.
