When exporting your employee's hours to QuickBooks Online with AccountLinx, you will see that your employee's overtime/double time hours from ExakTime will be considered regular hours in QuickBooks Online. This is due to a limitation in QuickBooks Online which does not support wage items when importing hours from third-party applications like ours.
After exporting your employees' hours from AccountLinx into QuickBooks Online, you must manually adjust your employees' weekly timesheet in QuickBooks Online to reflect the appropriate type of hours.
