How to Record Your Phone/Tablet Screen

Recording your phone or tablet screen can help convey your issue to our support team in ways that screenshots cannot match. Newer devices offer these capabilities out-of-the-box while older devices require you to download a dedicated third-party screen recording application. If you would prefer to capture a screenshot instead, you can refer to steps here.

When recording your screen, please be aware of any sensitive information that may be unintentionally recorded.
